Each meal has heating instructions on the label

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?

Yes, we can cater to any specific dietry requirements including but not limited to: Vegetarian, Lactose Intolerant, Nut Allergies, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Sugar Free

What are the diffferent sizes of your meals?

For Pies, Stews, Casseroles & Desserts: Your meal will come in foil containers with lids

(Small. 1 serve, Medium. 4 serves, Large. 6 serves)

For Curries, Soups & Salads: Your meal will come in ‘Tekpak’ Plastic Containers

(Small. 1 -2 Serves & Large. 3-4 Serves)

Can I reheat the meals?

All meals are made to be reheated once. We can not guarantee the quality or safety of the food if it is reheated multiple times. The food is prepared to be eaten fresh within 48 hours, or immediately frozen upon delivery to be defrosted and heated at convenient time for you.

How long can I keep the fresh food before needing to eat it?

All meals need to be eaten within 48 hours unless frozen upon delivery.

Can I freeze the meals?

Most meals are suitable to be frozen unless otherwise indicated upon ordering.

What if I don’t like my meal?

Whilst we endeavour to provide meals you enjoy, it is not possible to meet everyone’s tasts all the time. We would love to hear from you about what you didn’t like and any suggestions for future menu items. What if I want something that isn’t on your menu?

If you particularly like some of the meals on our past menus but they aren’t listed on the current week’s menu, please let us know and we will advise if we can make a special order for you. Please note there may be an additional charge, depending on produce availability and this will be advised. If you have a new suggestion for our menu, please email us your idea and we will consider adding it to a future menu, although this can’t be guaranteed.
